Non-US Orders:
All non-US customer orders will be required to be paid in advance by credit card, or electronic wire, and a 5% processing fee will be applied to cover International bank conversion fees. If paying by check from a US bank account, the 5% processing fee will not apply.
Most International shipments are subject to various customs duties, fees and taxes. These charges will be included as a line item of the invoice. If you have a UPS shipping account number, the shipping and customs charges may be forwarded to the receiver, and not be included on the invoice. Any shipments held by Customs for any reason are the sole responsibility of the receiver. It is very important to provide a contact phone number so Customs may reach the receiver to resolve all import /export issues.
